Fitness and Preparation

Day 3 Drive to Syabrubenshi (1420m), DRIVE: 8 hours
Day 4 Trek to Lama Hotel (2350m), WALK:6 hours
Day 5 Trek to Langtang valley (3500m), WALK:6 Hours
Day 6 Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3900m), WALK:4 hours
Day 7 Explore around Kyanjin Gompa ascend Tsergo Ri (4983m), WALK:11 hours
Day 8 Trek to Yala Base Camp (4500m), WALK: 5 hours
Day 9 Summit Yala Peak (5500m) and trek back to Base Camp
Day 10 Reserve Day for climbing
Day 11 Trek back to Ghodetabela (3020m), WALK: 7 hrs Trek

Trip Includes

  • All the arrival and departure transfers in a private AC vehicle.
  • Three nights stay in Kathmandu in a 3-star hotel with breakfast.
  • Kathmandu-Syabrubensi and Syabrubensi to Kathmandu transfer in a private vehicle.
  • Service of an English-speaking licensed adventure guide (Trained in first-aid and emergency rescues).
  • Service of an English-speaking climbing guide.
  • Seven nights of twin-sharing stay in local tea houses (private bathroom wherever possible) with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Three nights of stay in a tent camp with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
