Deep Rai (CEO)

In 1997, when there were no lodges and hotels on almost all trekking routes of Nepal, Deep Rai started working as an assistant cook for the tourist groups. He then worked as a travel guide and helped many achieve their dreams of experiencing the beautiful Himalayan trails. In 2011, Mr. Deep founded HERE and worked for the welfare of the Nepali tourism industry. He is also an active member of many charity and social welfare organizations that work in Nepal’s education and economic interest in the remote parts.

Jharana Chamling (Managing Director)

After getting her master’s in sociology, Jharana Chamling worked as a Director of the Shukhi Maya Foundation, which works in developing and welfare children’s education. During the collaboration in one of the projects, Inspired by Mr. Deep’s passion for preserving and promoting the socio-culture diversity of Nepal on the Global platform, she co-founded HERE. She has been working as managing director for HEC since the initial days. She has helped many organizations and experts in the tedious task of successful research and data collection in the rural parts of Nepal.

Prakash Kulung

As being guide to Nepal, I Prakash Kulung from Solukhumbu, Mahakulung, Patle-01. Born on the lap of mountains, I have a decade of experience in trekking starting as a potter at the age of 15 years old. Now, I work as a guide in this company as I made my guide license in 2024. I have completed my SLC in 2070 B.S. and +2 science in 2073 and currently Bachelor running in science.
